Overview
O’Sullivan Accountancy is a progressive business who have recently expanded their client base and headcount. O’Sullivan’s needed a modern IT solution that was secure and efficient and would allow them to continue to grow easily. After reaching out to HCS, TJ O’Sullivan (Director) was introduced to our Microsoft Cloud PC solution, which he felt met his needs perfectly and at the right budget.
Challenge
O’Sullivan’s operated an office based server prior to engaging with HCS. There were problems with response times, down time, flexibility and security with their existing solution. Also O’Sullivan’s needs had evolved with more face to face client meetings they needed secure remote access to sensitive client data. Also they needed to meet compliance standards and allow staff to work remotely without any connectivity or security issues.
Solution
HCS designed and deployed Microsoft Cloud PC into O’Sullivan’s moving all users’ data, PCs, files, folders and applications to the Microsoft Cloud. HCS also updated O’Sullivan’s outdated phone system to a new VOIP solution that integrates with MS Teams.
