Like many MSPs we in HCS were finding the manual task of billing our clients for CSP and Azure onerous, time consuming and laden with risk. That’s why our tech experts created EasyBill – a revolutionary app delivering automated Billing for CSP and Azure.
Challenge
Due to recent growth HCS needed a new way to manage monthly and annual billing of our CSP and Azure customers. The process was being handled manually using Excel spreadsheets which left it open to risk of human error and took up resource time. In tandem HCS also realised that as a growing business we needed to adopt a more efficient financial solution to help with the day to day running of the business and to integrate processes, centralise data and enable more accurate reporting. As a Microsoft Solutions Partner we decided to implement their Dynamics Business Central solution which is an ERP for small to medium sized businesses that delivers all the functionality for complete financial and process management.
Solution
EasyBill app, designed and created by HCS, is built as an add on to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP and automates the billing process for monthly and annual CSP and Azure billing. Dynamics 365 Business Central (Business Central) is a cloud-based business management solution which automates the core operations of a small to medium sized business. Business Central integrates with the full Microsoft suite, so you can create invoices directly from Outlook, pull data from Excel, drive automation with Power Apps through Teams, and more. Fully future-proofed with free updates, powered by the Cloud and easily accessible on any device. EasyBill is available now from Microsoft AppSource.
