HCS has announced a €13.2 million investment in the business through to 2028, supporting significant growth across its people, services and locations, including the creation of 125 new roles and the opening of a new Dublin office.
The investment will support continued expansion across cybersecurity, risk, compliance and digital services, with recruitment already underway. By 2028, HCS expects to grow its team to 175 employees across Waterford, Cork and Dublin, and to reach €30 million in annual revenue.
A key focus of the investment is the expansion of HCS’ digital services portfolio, including AI driven managed services that help customers automate processes, increase productivity and respond to increasingly complex technology environments.
The announcement also marks the opening of HCS’ new Dublin office in Blanchardstown Corporate Park, strengthening the company’s presence in the capital alongside its existing offices in Waterford and Cork.
Commenting on the announcement, Managing Director Pamela Farrell said the investment reflects HCS’ confidence in its strategy and its position in high growth areas such as AI and cybersecurity, while maintaining the agility and responsiveness of an Irish owned business.
