We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft Solutions Expert to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Microsoft Solutions Expert at HCS you will play a pivotal role in architecting, implementing, and managing Microsoft-based solutions for our clients. Your expertise in Microsoft technologies will enable us to provide top quality solutions and services that will drive business growth and efficiency.


  • Lead the design, planning, and implementation of Microsoft-based solutions, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, and SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their IT needs, provide expert guidance, and develop customized solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft environments to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay current with Microsoft technologies and industry best practices, sharing knowledge with the team and clients.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft solutions during pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and proposal development.
  • Assist with the development and execution of IT strategies and roadmaps for clients.
  • Respond to and resolve complex technical issues and escalations.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience working in a Senior Microsoft Solutions role within an MSP or similar environment.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, and SharePoint.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or Azure certifications are highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead technical discussions.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €45,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
