To trial Office365 properly and to use the functionality of Hosted Email, SharePoint and Lync HCS recommends you to take a minimum of 2 users mailboxes and try it FREE for 30 days. If at the end of the 30 days you don’t like it then you move back to what you had previously. No mail boxes will be affected, their will be no loss of emails. It’s absolutely risk free.  To setup this trial will take 4 hours of our time which we are happy to provide FREE of charge.

Office 365 is relatively simple to setup (if you know what your doing!) however it is our experience that businesses who trial themselves have difficulty and just give up.
