Mamut acquires MYOB UK Business Division

HCS Business Solutions preferred small to medium sized business software Mamut, has purchased MYOB (Mind Your Own Business) UK division.

The purchase of MYOB and the DOSH Brand adds 50,000 customers using accounting software, retail software and payroll software to Mamut. Mamut will provide support to MYOB customers, whilst making available Mamut’s broad product range of improved business and accounting software.

Mamut’s Chief Executive Officer, Eilert Hanoa said, ”We are enthusiastic about the improved offering this acquisition gives to our new customers in the UK. The acquisition of MYOB Business Division is an important building block in the UK launch of Mamut One, our software and services offering, that is currently being introduced in markets across Europe.”
