Petmania remains one of the great retail success stories of recent years and is weathering the recession well.  Focusing on employing people who are “animal mad”, Petmania’s philosophy is to provide everything imaginable for the health and wellness of customers’ pets.  4 years ago when they planned their national roll-out, they contracted HCS to look after everything from structured cabling through to phones and point of sale items.  HCS managed the entire operation, liaising with all third parties and various vendors.  HCS also liaised with the store fit out contractors to ensure everything ran smoothly.  This left Shane O’ Keeffe and the Petmania team, free to focus on the bigger picture.
